We offer free standard delivery within Bangalore up to a 30 km radius from our Singasandra workshop. Most orders in this zone arrive within 3–5 business days.
For deliveries beyond 30 km from Bangalore or to other parts of India, shipping charges apply based on distance and order size. Exact rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
All shipping fees take into account package weight and dimensions to ensure transparent pricing. You’ll also see an estimated delivery date at checkout based on your chosen shipping option and your location.
All our furniture is custom-made to your specifications, so we do not offer returns or exchanges on made-to-order items. Please double-check your design choices, dimensions, and finishes before placing your order.
If a custom piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange repair or replacement of the affected part at no extra cost.

Got the Enigma Sofa in taupe from the Indiranagar outlet. Sameer helped me pick a 94x36 inch size. Fits our hall perfectly and the cushions are heavenly soft. Paid ₹54,299. Delivery was bang on 12 days.
Sofa looks luxurious in our Koramangala duplex. Aisha guided us to a 92x34 inch in mocha brown. Delivery came 3 days late due to monsoon traffic. Cost ₹52,800. Still happy overall.
I honestly loved the Enigma Sofa, but the price pinched me a little. Sameer explained about the imported leather, so I went ahead. Feels posh but I still felt it’s a tad costly.
Vikram suggested stain-proof fabric for our Whitefield home (kids spill all the time). Sofa size 96x35 inches. Arrived in 11 days. ₹55,700 — totally worth it.
The Enigma is nice, but man it’s heavy. Needed 4 guys to get it into my 3rd floor Malleshwaram flat. Sameer did warn me. Size 90x34 inches. ₹50,200.
