Our state-of-the-art assembly lines process over 450 orders monthly, marrying efficiency with flexibility. From the moment premium hardwoods and high-density foams arrive, each component flows through:

• Cut & Modular Assembly: Precision-cut panels slot seamlessly into our custom modular sofa, sofa bed, upholstered bed cot, and dining chair frames.
• Upholstery & Finishing: Master upholsterers apply over 100 fabric and colour options—including luxe bouclé textures—before the final stitch.

While we aim for a 2–3 day turnaround, our current lead time averages 15 days—a testament to our commitment to perfection over haste.
