We offer free standard delivery within Bangalore up to a 30 km radius from our Singasandra workshop. Most orders in this zone arrive within 3–5 business days.
For deliveries beyond 30 km from Bangalore or to other parts of India, shipping charges apply based on distance and order size. Exact rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
All shipping fees take into account package weight and dimensions to ensure transparent pricing. You’ll also see an estimated delivery date at checkout based on your chosen shipping option and your location.
All our furniture is custom-made to your specifications, so we do not offer returns or exchanges on made-to-order items. Please double-check your design choices, dimensions, and finishes before placing your order.
If a custom piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange repair or replacement of the affected part at no extra cost.
To file a defect or damage claim, log in to your account, go to “Complete Orders” under My Account, select the relevant order, and click “Report an Issue.” Our team will get back to you within 2 business days.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Fits perfectly in our Koramangala living room (about 88 inches wide). Conversion to a bed is smooth. Only issue — delivery was delayed by 3 days.
Bought the Merrow Sofabed for our Whitefield home. Love that it converts easily, and the hidden storage is a bonus. But cushions feel stiffer than I expected for daily use.
Works well when guests stay over. But for everyday lounging, it’s not as plush as I hoped. Seat depth is just 32 inches, so not super cozy.
The grey tone blends with our Indiranagar décor, and storage is handy. But the overall look feels a bit bulky, especially in a smaller hall.
Sofa bed function is handy, especially in our Cubbon Park flat. But design-wise, it doesn’t look as sleek as some other options I saw in the store.
