We offer free standard delivery within Bangalore up to a 30 km radius from our Singasandra workshop. Most orders in this zone arrive within 3–5 business days.
For deliveries beyond 30 km from Bangalore or to other parts of India, shipping charges apply based on distance and order size. Exact rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
All shipping fees take into account package weight and dimensions to ensure transparent pricing. You’ll also see an estimated delivery date at checkout based on your chosen shipping option and your location.
All our furniture is custom-made to your specifications, so we do not offer returns or exchanges on made-to-order items. Please double-check your design choices, dimensions, and finishes before placing your order.
If a custom piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange repair or replacement of the affected part at no extra cost.

The tan shade looks warm and welcoming in our Indiranagar flat. But the fabric shows marks easily — even water spots leave a trace.
Got it delivered to our Koramangala home. Delivery was on time. The only thing — the design feels bulky and takes up more space than expected.
Bought the Navius Sofa Bed for our Whitefield home. It’s spacious at nearly 90 inches, but after just a few weeks, the seat cushions started to flatten a bit.
Paid around ₹29,000 for this. While it’s practical with the bed option, I feel the comfort doesn’t fully justify the price.
The sofa bed function is handy for guests, but the bed surface feels a bit uneven. Okay for one night, but not for regular sleeping.
