We offer free standard delivery within Bangalore up to a 30 km radius from our Singasandra workshop. Most orders in this zone arrive within 3–5 business days.
For deliveries beyond 30 km from Bangalore or to other parts of India, shipping charges apply based on distance and order size. Exact rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
All shipping fees take into account package weight and dimensions to ensure transparent pricing. You’ll also see an estimated delivery date at checkout based on your chosen shipping option and your location.
All our furniture is custom-made to your specifications, so we do not offer returns or exchanges on made-to-order items. Please double-check your design choices, dimensions, and finishes before placing your order.
If a custom piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange repair or replacement of the affected part at no extra cost.

Ordered for our Whitefield home. The design is minimal and classy. Only issue — the white upholstery shows marks easily, and cleaning is a bit of a hassle.
The Narell Sofabed brightens our Indiranagar living room with its white finish. Looks amazing, but cushions feel firmer than I’d hoped for long sitting.
Got this for our Cubbon Park apartment. Looks neat and modern, but delivery was delayed by 2 days, which was inconvenient.
Works well as a guest bed in our Koramangala flat. But when used for sleeping, the mattress feels too thin. Good for occasional use, not daily.
