We offer free standard delivery within Bangalore up to a 30 km radius from our Singasandra workshop. Most orders in this zone arrive within 3–5 business days.
For deliveries beyond 30 km from Bangalore or to other parts of India, shipping charges apply based on distance and order size. Exact rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
All shipping fees take into account package weight and dimensions to ensure transparent pricing. You’ll also see an estimated delivery date at checkout based on your chosen shipping option and your location.
All our furniture is custom-made to your specifications, so we do not offer returns or exchanges on made-to-order items. Please double-check your design choices, dimensions, and finishes before placing your order.
If a custom piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange repair or replacement of the affected part at no extra cost.
To file a defect or damage claim, log in to your account, go to “Complete Orders” under My Account, select the relevant order, and click “Report an Issue.” Our team will get back to you within 2 business days.

Placed this in our Whitefield flat. The fabric feels good quality and easy to clean. But at just 31 inches depth, it feels narrow when I try to stretch out.
Got the Strider Sofa for our Koramangala apartment. Love the green shade, really brightens the room. Only issue — cushions are quite firm, so not ideal for long lounging.
Paid about ₹25,500 for this sofa. While it looks stylish, I felt there were similar options in the store for a lower price. Not sure if this one’s worth the extra spend.
The design is minimal and fits perfectly in my Indiranagar living room. However, I miss the cozy feel I got from another sofa in the store — this one’s more for looks than lounging.
Picked this mainly for the looks. At ₹24,900, it’s decent. But comfort-wise, I feel I’ll want an upgrade in a year or so.
