We offer free standard delivery within Bangalore up to a 30 km radius from our Singasandra workshop. Most orders in this zone arrive within 3–5 business days.
For deliveries beyond 30 km from Bangalore or to other parts of India, shipping charges apply based on distance and order size. Exact rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
All shipping fees take into account package weight and dimensions to ensure transparent pricing. You’ll also see an estimated delivery date at checkout based on your chosen shipping option and your location.
All our furniture is custom-made to your specifications, so we do not offer returns or exchanges on made-to-order items. Please double-check your design choices, dimensions, and finishes before placing your order.
If a custom piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange repair or replacement of the affected part at no extra cost.
To file a defect or damage claim, log in to your account, go to “Complete Orders” under My Account, select the relevant order, and click “Report an Issue.” Our team will get back to you within 2 business days.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Got the Lyricon Sofa for our Whitefield apartment. Fabric feels durable and size (82 inches) works well. Only issue is the cushions are firmer than I’d hoped — not great for long Netflix nights.
Using it for 2 weeks in Koramangala. It’s sturdy and holds shape well. However, back cushions feel stiff. I tried another sofa there that felt much softer — might get that one for my guest room.
Fabric is easy to maintain and it’s a neat fit in our Indiranagar home. But honestly, it doesn’t feel as plush as I expected. A bit more depth (it’s just 32 inches) would’ve made a big difference.
The sofa matches our Whitefield décor and feels sturdy. Only gripe: armrests are a little narrow, so not the best for leaning during long chats. Saw another model with better arm support.
Ordered during Ugadi. Delivery was smooth to Cubbon Park area. While it looks elegant, the seat height feels a tad low (16.5 inches), making it tricky for my mom to get up comfortably.
