We offer free standard delivery within Bangalore up to a 30 km radius from our Singasandra workshop. Most orders in this zone arrive within 3–5 business days.
For deliveries beyond 30 km from Bangalore or to other parts of India, shipping charges apply based on distance and order size. Exact rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
All shipping fees take into account package weight and dimensions to ensure transparent pricing. You’ll also see an estimated delivery date at checkout based on your chosen shipping option and your location.
All our furniture is custom-made to your specifications, so we do not offer returns or exchanges on made-to-order items. Please double-check your design choices, dimensions, and finishes before placing your order.
If a custom piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange repair or replacement of the affected part at no extra cost.
To file a defect or damage claim, log in to your account, go to “Complete Orders” under My Account, select the relevant order, and click “Report an Issue.” Our team will get back to you within 2 business days.

Love the gold legs and plush vibe — gave my Koramangala 3rd Block vanity corner a glow-up. It’s 17” wide so fits neatly, but wish the seat foam was 1 inch thicker.
Chair's light (only 6kg), so easy to drag, but it left hairline marks on my laminate near Cubbon Park area. Sneha suggested felt pads — worked like a charm. Maybe should’ve come with it?
TBH I bought it 'cause the blush pink popped on my Insta. Aisha warned it's more style than sink-in comfort. She wasn’t wrong — feels firm after 30 mins. Might add a cushion.
Looked fab in the pics, and it is cute IRL — especially in our Indiranagar studio. But the backrest squeaks when I lean. Rahul said it’s just a tightening fix. Happened within 5 mins, still annoying tho.
