We offer free standard delivery within Bangalore up to a 30 km radius from our Singasandra workshop. Most orders in this zone arrive within 3–5 business days.
For deliveries beyond 30 km from Bangalore or to other parts of India, shipping charges apply based on distance and order size. Exact rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
All shipping fees take into account package weight and dimensions to ensure transparent pricing. You’ll also see an estimated delivery date at checkout based on your chosen shipping option and your location.
All our furniture is custom-made to your specifications, so we do not offer returns or exchanges on made-to-order items. Please double-check your design choices, dimensions, and finishes before placing your order.
If a custom piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange repair or replacement of the affected part at no extra cost.
To file a defect or damage claim, log in to your account, go to “Complete Orders” under My Account, select the relevant order, and click “Report an Issue.” Our team will get back to you within 2 business days.

Honestly, the bed’s aesthetic is the best part — fits beautifully with our Koramangala 3rd Block décor. Took 22 mins to assemble. Daughter’s been sleeping better since.
At ₹24,200, it’s decent. Frame feels okay but not as solid as our other bed. Still, Aisha followed up post-delivery which I appreciated.
Bought it for my niece. The bed looks great, but she says it feels a bit too firm. Planning to add a topper. Delivery was smooth in Whitefield despite traffic.
