We offer free standard delivery within Bangalore up to a 30 km radius from our Singasandra workshop. Most orders in this zone arrive within 3–5 business days.
For deliveries beyond 30 km from Bangalore or to other parts of India, shipping charges apply based on distance and order size. Exact rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
All shipping fees take into account package weight and dimensions to ensure transparent pricing. You’ll also see an estimated delivery date at checkout based on your chosen shipping option and your location.
All our furniture is custom-made to your specifications, so we do not offer returns or exchanges on made-to-order items. Please double-check your design choices, dimensions, and finishes before placing your order.
If a custom piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange repair or replacement of the affected part at no extra cost.
To file a defect or damage claim, log in to your account, go to “Complete Orders” under My Account, select the relevant order, and click “Report an Issue.” Our team will get back to you within 2 business days.

The bed is solid and looks chic, but the delivery team left packaging scraps in our Whitefield balcony. For ₹25k+, I expected more care. Vikram apologized later.
Every night, my daughter pulls me in for bedtime stories on this bed. The padding makes it comfortable for me too. Delivery guys set it up in 20 mins.
Promised in 12 days, got it after 18. A bit annoying since we’d just shifted to Koramangala 3rd Block. Aisha did keep calling with updates, though. Bed itself is sturdy.
TBH, I wasn’t sure from the website pics, but in real it looks classy. Sneha suggested the grey shade, and it goes beautifully with our Indiranagar walls.
